Chapter 3: Party off the hook

I have never felt so good in a school! And hanging with Athrun and Kiru is really cool, if you don’t mind their popularity and stuff. Anyway, right now I just got in school and a lot of people said hi to me and that would have never happened in my other school. I walk to my locker and Athrun’s there. I open my locker and he smiles.

“Hey, Mags.” He says and closes his locker.

“Hey.” I smile and start taking stuff.

“Have you seen Kiru? He’s all over the place searching for you.” He says

“For me? What for?” I ask hiding the fact that I’m happy over the fact that a guy like Kiru is looking for me.

“He has a party at his house tomorrow and he didn’t ask you if you could come, yet.” He explains.

“Oh.” I say and see Kiru running this way.

“There you are! I’ve been looking all over the place for you!” he pants looking down at me.

“You found me.” I smile

“I have a party at my house tomorrow and I’m wondering if you’d come.” He asks smiling.

“Sure.” I answer and he looks pleased and so does Athrun.

“And don’t worry Claire’s coming with her brother.” He assures me.

“I’ll be fine, Kiru.” I giggle and we start walking away.

I love walking between Kiru and Athrun in the hallways. They’re really such good friends. The day passed normally which means:

-Kiru and Athrun were followed by a lot of girls when we walked out of P.E.

-Claire was still uncomfortable at the lunch table

-I laughed like hell at the lunch table

When I got home the only light in the house came from my moms study. She’s still working on that necklace. Still, I have to go say hi. I open the door and come in. She’s reading some book and when she lifts her eyes from the book she shrieks. I clap my hands over my ears and she stops.

“Sorry, honey. I was just so wrapped in this book that has the whole story of the princess. Even her picture.” She smiled.

“What does that have to do with me?” I ask

“I was looking at the picture and I lift my eyes and I see the picture again. Only it’s my daughter.” She laughs getting up.

“I look like the princess?” I giggled and took the book. The princess is there looking in the distance her dark hair blowing in the wind. Her gaze was sad and her eyes were brown. She really looks like me! Oh! Something’s written under the picture.

Princess Magallia looks out in the distance thinking about her brother and love that have just left to battle. She had given those two both of her sacred necklaces that protected her. If they touched their necklaces she could feel them. Unfortunately we have only recovered one of the necklaces: the one that was given to the brother. The one given to the love still remains with him and it’s said that the reincarnations of the princess and the love will meet and he will give it to her.

I looked at the picture and what was written. I can’t believe it! She also has my name. And who the heck is the love and the brother? I turned to my mom and she was holding the necklace.

“Wonder where the other one is.” She smiled in my direction.

“Mom did you name me, after the princess?” I asked

“Yes. You two really look alike. Anyway what happened at school today?” she asked putting the necklace down.

“Kiru invited me to his party tomorrow.” I said and forgot about the princess thing.

“Kiru? Who’s he?” She smiled

“He’s a friend, mom. Can I go?” I ask sweetly

“Sure you can. Go and have fun with Kiru.” She smiled again and I left the room.

I’ve got 1 hour left to prepare and I’m not ready yet. What do you wear to a popular pool party? Regular parties you can come how you want but this one is special! O.k.! I’ll put on a white mini-skirt and a white bikini with a blue dragon on it and the boob parts and bottom are attached with gold circles. I’ll just throw a silky beach white top over the bikini top. I take a beach bag and throw the necessary in it. My mom then comes to my door.

“Let’s go Magallia.” She sighs and opens the door wide.

I get out and walk to the car. My dad sees me when he’s also on his way to the car.

“Is this a party or…?” he asks but I just sigh and continue my way. In the car my parents are telling me not to exaggerate and so on. Do I look like a party bitch or something? I’m a 16 year old that can control herself. We arrive next to a really nice modern house. It’s also has lake view but its so much more amazing then ours. Looks like someone is here too; I then see Kiru come out of the house shirtless. Such a beautiful sight even if I saw it before. Oh, man! He put a shirt on. My dad stopped the engine and we all got out. Kiru walks to us smiling.

“Hello Mr. and Mrs. Atha. Hello Mags.” He says hand shaking my parents.

“So you’re Kiru?” asks my mom

“Yes ma’am.” He answers.

“Is there anyone over the age of eighteen in there?” asks my dad and I die on the spot. Why those embarrassing questions?

“My parents are here and my older sister is here too.” Smiles Kiru

“Well, we’ll leave you Magallia.” Smiles my mom.

“Bye, you guys.” I say and turn around. When they left I looked at Kiru.

“Sorry about that.” I sighed.

“It’s okay. Anyway Claire’s here and people are coming. Let’s go inside.” He answered and we walked to the house. Is Kiru rich or something? This house is even more beautiful inside! Claire is looking at the TV with her brother. When she saw me she gasped.

“You make me look like nothing.” She said hugging me.

“Sorry.” I smile and then I see Athrun come out of the kitchen. He’s shirtless and he looks fine! Only he also put on a shirt. He gave me a quick hi and greeted people. The party then started and we went to the humungous pool. People started jumping in and I took off my clothes and when I had finished taking off my shirt and skirt, 2 guys came and grabbed me. I was shrieking like crazy and then they threw me in the water. When I came back up, I saw that it was Kiru and Athrun that did that. They were laughing and I started laughing too. They then joined in and it was then time to dance. I was dancing with Claire when Athrun came to us.

“Having fun?” He asked

“Yeah!” I smile and then realize the song changed. It’s a smooth song. I see Claire blushing when Athrun asks her to go dancing. I smile looking at them and then I feel someone’s hand over my shoulder. It’s Kiru and he wants to dance with me. I wrap my arm around his neck and he pulls me closer. I’ve never been this close to him. I rested my head on his shoulder and we danced. I feel like I’m floating on a cloud. My eyes were still open so I looked around and saw that girls were looking at me with evil eyes. Help! The song ended and I pulled myself off only Kiru grabbed my hand. He pulled me with him and we walked away from everybody.

“What’s happening Kiru?” I asked as he took something out of his pocket.

“I just want to give you this.” He said opening the small box and I saw a necklace.

“Why?” I asked

“You’re a really good friend and I want to remember me with this, if your parents have another sabbatical again.” He smiled.

“That’s sweet.” I smiled back and blushed when I saw how pretty the necklace was.

“Let me put it on you.” He says and goes behind me and puts it around my neck. “It’s also a protective necklace that has been in my family for generations.” He smiled when he finished. I couldn’t help but then hug him. This is so sweet, only there’s something familiar about this necklace but what? A dark haired woman then appeared behind us.

“Oops, sorry. Magallia you’re going.”

Kiru let go of me and smiled and said bye. I left and in the car I noticed something. The necklace… Now I know where I saw it before. It’s like the one my mom has!! Could it be…? No! Kiru cannot be the love, me the princess. That’s completely stupid! Still it seems to be so true….

Chapter 2: I’m fitting in. Amazing.

The day arrived and I forced my parents do drive me to school, because I am way too scared to suffer the bus. So when I stepped out of the car in my beige mini-shorts and elbow sleeved white shirt with a dragon on it, I was literally shaking and thinking I would collapse. And I’m in flats! My mom had to make the fuss of a parent leaving her children at school, and it made it worse.

“I’ll be fine, mom.” I lied gripping the strap of my shoulder white bag, with blue waves.

“You sure honey? You look pale.” Said my dad

“I’ll be fine if you just leave now.” I smile and they drive away. I turn around and start walking towards the school. The classes have already started and I have to go to the principal’s office. Thankfully I find it on my own and he greets me with a huge smile. I come in and sit down.

“Well, hello Mrs. Atha.” He says.

“Hi and you can call me Magallia.” I say relaxing a bit

“Welcome to Phoenix high. We’re happy to have you here… well, here are the orientation papers. Today is orientation day and in this paper you will have the name of every student in this school. I will show you your locker and then I’ll bring you to your class.” He said and I nodded.

We got out of his office and we walked to my office. 2 boys were looking in their lockers and talking to each other. My locker was between theirs. The boys are Kiru and Athrun! The principal gave me my combination and then he spoke to them.

“Mr.Yamato and Mr.Zala, what are you doing out of class?” he asked coldly

“Putting our books away sir.” They answered and I opened my locker, it already has my books.

“Very well. Magallia these boys are in the same assembly as you, they’ll take you there.”

“Thank you, sir.” I said and put some books in my bag while looking at my schedule.

“Hey Magallia, see you met the big boss.” Kiru says when the principal leaves

“He’s a stiff, isn’t he?” asked Athrun closing his locker

“He is, but I’m used to meeting the principals of schools.” I say closing my locker.

“You move a lot or are you a troublemaker?” asks Athrun

“I move a lot, my parents are on a lot of sabbaticals.” I answer and look at them

“Shame. Anyway time to go back to assembly or Mrs. Rodriguez will get mad.” Says Kiru and he starts walking away, and I stay there but he turns around. “You are coming Magallia?”

“Yeah.” I answer and start walking and Athrun follows.

We enter assembly and Kiru and Athrun walk o their places and I look around for a place, but Athrun takes my hand and takes me with him and Kiru.

Apparently there’s a chair next to him and I sit in it. I don’t really listen and drift away a bit and it finishes. I walk out and look at my schedule. Math appears next to 9 o’clock. Athrun sees this and goes.

“We’re not in the same classes as you, but you can ask other people to help you.” He smiles and I look up at him.

“You don’t have to apologize, but thanks.” I smile

“We’ll see you at lunch, Mags.” Smiles Kiru

“Are you talking to me?” I ask

“Yeah, I figured calling you Magallia all the time is long so I call you Mags.” He winks and leaves. When he winked at me, I blushed.

“He’s already got you in a daze.” Smiles Athrun and follows Kiru.

I hurried to math and got a seat. A girl then sat next to me and she has short orange hair. She looked at me and smiled.

“You must be the new girl. I’m Claire, but you can call me Clé.” She smiled.

“I’m Magallia” I smiled too.

“I can call you… Allia.” She said and I agreed.

Turns out Claire moved here last year and that it’s also been tough, but she found friends. She’s in every one of my classes except assembly. After math we had sports and I saw Kiru and Athrun running with their class. Our class was going to do the high jump. Kiru and Athrun stopped running and walked to Claire and I.

“You found someone.” Said Athrun looking at Claire and then back at me

“You’re still going to eat us though, right?” asked Kiru

“Sure, I wouldn’t miss it.” I smiled and saw that Claire was gasping

“What’s wrong with your friend?” asked Kiru and Athrun

“You boys get your asses back on that field and run like everyone else!!” screamed their teacher.

“See you later Mags.” Said Athrun and Kiru starting to run.

“You’re doing it too, now?” I screamed after Athrun.

“Got to join the friend circle.” Screamed Athrun setting foot on the track.

When they were long gone, I looked at Claire who was still gasping. She then looked at me.

“You know them?” she asks

“Yeah. Why do you ask?” I say moving forward in the queue.

“They’re the most popular boys in the whole school and they talk to the new girl as if she’s their long lost best friend.” She said

“You never spoke to them?” I asked

“Do I look popular material to you? Don’t answer that. Anyway we’re not in the same world, but it looks like you reached out to them.” She says

“It’s easy to talk to Kiru and Athrun, I don’t know why…” I stopped there, because the teacher interrupted.

“Time to jump with that stick, Mrs. Atha!” she screamed and I ran. As I ran I put my stick on the ground and left the ground and flipped over the bar and landed on my feet. How did I do that? I never even passed the bar at my old school.

Lunch came and Athrun and Kiru told me to take a table. I took one and sat with Claire. They then came to sit down and we started joking around with Claire still confused. She needs to relax.

Chap 1: Nice meeting you

It’ going to be fantastic sweetie and guess what? We’re going to have a lake view house. And plus the school there has so many activities.

I have that sentence in my head since the day my mom told me that while we were in our old house. Well, now I’m sitting on my bed and looking at the TV. Why does this always happen to me? My parents always get sabbaticals, and we have to move away. It’s not that easy getting new friends and starting a new school. Trust me! I’ve been doing it since I was 7 years old. And the longest one was the last one, which took like 3 years and now I’m 16! And okay the only thing that I like for the moment is that my room is next to the deck that leads to the lake. It’s really peaceful and I like just dipping my toes in the water. Plus my mom is like working on the weirdest thing ever! A red stoned necklace. I know weird! And it belonged to the orb princess who gave it to her twin brother, in order to protect him in battle. Really fascinating.

Not.

And plus in a couple of days I’m starting school! Days! And I have met no teenager since then, oh yeah. It’s going to be fine. TV’s boring now! Let me switch it off and go dip my feet in the water. I open the sliding door and walk out. Oh! Today people are windsurfing on the lake. Its two teenage boys. If only my hair would stop blowing in the wind! Ah! Its stopped now let me get a good look at them. One’s brown haired and the other dark haired like me. They both have a good tan, and look in good shape. Uh-oh! They saw me looking at them. They’re coming this way! Boy, am I stupid looking at people like that and then they come my way! The brown haired one reached the deck first and when we looked at each other, I saw that his eyes were purple. Should be freaky, but not on him. He then smiled and I smiled back. What was I supposed to do? The dark haired one caught up and dear lord! He looks like me only with green eyes and way taller manly figure. He also smiled at me.

“Hey. So you’re the new owner of this house?” asked the brown haired one

“Hi and yes I live in this house, now.” I answered

“What’s your name? You look awfully familiar.” Asks the one that looks like me

“I’m…” I started but then my mom screamed my name. She’s back from grocery shopping.

“Magallia? Nice name. Well I’m Kiru and this is Athrun.” Smiled purple eyes guy.

“Nice meeting you guys.” I smile

“See you around, Magallia” Waved Athrun going back in the lake with his board

“Yeah. Which school will you go too?” asks Kiru

“Phoenix high.” I answer and my mom screams my name again.

“Me too, well see you there Magallia.” He smiles and goes back in the water too. I look at him catch up with Athrun where they set a challenge and leave. I go in the house and make my way to the kitchen avoiding the boxes that are not yet unpacked. I finally reach the kitchen and my mom is there putting things in the fridge and so on.

“What the heck were you doing?” she asked when she saw me

“I met people. Well, teenage people.” I said sitting at the breakfast table.

“Good. Did you have a nice chat with those girls?” my mom asked

“They were boys and you kind of cut our conversation.” I said biting an apple

“Maybe you’ll meet them at school, now please help me unpack.” She sighed and I got up. Since she bought a lot of liquid stuff that were open, I had to tie my hair since it’s way too long and I kind of want some of the brown curls to stay brown, so that my hair isn’t completely black. When I finished packing everything I went to my room and checked the number of days I have left, before I get to see Kiru and Athrun again. It’s only 2! Oh gosh! Why do I have to die so soon? Why? I then fall down on my soft carpet and that’s when my dog creamy comes in and runs to me. He’s so cute, small and I love his beige fur. He’s the only one that can stop me from thinking I’m going to die as soon as I set foot in that school. All my parents say is “it’s going to be alright sweaty! Don’t worry. Who wouldn’t want to be friends with a beauty such as you?” I have to practically strangle myself to stop saying.

“Um, no one, since I’m probably going to leave them in a year! And because I’ll probably be too scared to invite them over because of my crazy parents!” This would have caused a major neural breakdown in my parent’s brain, since they think they’re normal.

Only I don’t want to break their little heads. Moving on, I only have 2 days of freedom left.
